We offer a wide variety of specialized services to fit your needs:
- Visit our Store at 195 Riverbend Drive – directly along side of the Pantops Shopping Center. We are pleased to announce that we will be moving into the Pantops Shopping Center in October.
- View and Order products directly online at www.rivannagear.com . We will either ship your product to you or provide for convenient pickup at our store or a location designated by your team or organization.
- If your team, company, or organization could benefit from a personalized catalog of products customized to your requirements, please let us know. Custom on-line web stores can normally be created in 2 –3 days.
- If you represent a team, league, school, or other organization, our staff of Account Coordinators would be happy to meet with you to discuss our various products, programs and services.
- Come to our store or surf the web for a wide variety of sporting goods, field supplies, workwear, and gifts.
WEB CUSTOMERS:
Feel free to shop our online store any time – day or night. Our store offers the highest level of security. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and electronic checks (that’s right, you can pay by check over the web).
There is no need to specifically register for our web store. However, by creating an account, you can save your personal information to your account – with the utmost confidence that your information is secure. Please note that we never store any credit card information on our site.

TEAMS, CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND COMPANIES:

In addition to a wide variety of products, RGA offers various special purchasing programs to help you promote the identity of your organization.

· Tired of the risk of carrying your own merchandise inventory – talk to us about our short cycle delivery programs for customized apparel and spirit wear.
If you are a non-profit organization, you may be exempt from state sales tax. The Virginia Department of Taxation issues a tax exemption certificate to all qualified Non-Profit organizations. (This number will end in an “E”).
RGA is required to charge sales tax on every sale unless we have a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate or you provide us your Tax Exemption Number. You can either FAX your Certificate to 434-971-7502 or email your Tax Exemption Number to customerservice@rivannagear.com
NEW CUSTOMERS – OPEN ACCOUNTS:
RGA is happy to offer organizations with a solid credit history Open Account status. With Open Account status, we will bill you at the time of delivery. All Open Accounts receive Net 30 day payment terms.
Overdue amounts will be subject to a 1.5% penalty charge per month, or portion thereof..
To apply for Open Account status, please complete the attached New Customer Application form and fax to 434-971-7502 or email it to customerservice@rivannagear.com. You will be notified of your account status within 30 days of application.
